I created Sanctuary as a place for people to exhale, a space that feels safe, real, and deeply nurturing.
After walking my own path of healing and rediscovery, I wanted to offer a place where others could do the same.
Sanctuary was born from that wish, a haven where people can connect, reflect, and simply be.
I’m a certified Reiki practitioner and Zu Qigong facilitator, and a trauma-informed coach, with over two decades of personal embodiment practice and a nervous-system-aware, trauma informed approach. My work is grounded in lived experience, ongoing study and a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to restore balance when it feels safe.
The property holds three special spaces:
The Cottage, a peaceful retreat for weekend getaways or creative workshops
The Studio, a place for group gatherings, yoga, sound, and movement; and
The Room, a quiet sanctuary dedicated to healing and restorative experiences, including Reiki, Zu Qigong, Sound healing, and Japanese facial rituals.
Each space has its own energy, yet together they form a whole, a living, breathing reflection of calm, connection, and return.
Beyond events and sessions, I host Morning Teas, gentle gatherings for people to meet, chat, and reconnect and Retreats designed to nurture body, mind, and soul. Sometimes we just need a warm cup, a kind ear, and a reminder that we’re not alone.
